  • Introduction
    Pikcn Toolkit is a suite of software and services developed by Pikcn Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing or using any part of the Pikcn Toolkit, you agree to comply with the following end-user license agreement. Please read this document carefully before using our products.
  • Definitions
    • Pikcn Toolkit: Refers collectively to the software applications and services provided by Pikcn Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.
    • User: Any individual or organization accessing or using Pikcn Toolkit.
    • Service: Refers to any specific software application or service within Pikcn Toolkit, including but not limited to Log Magnet, Quick Route and Defendroid
  • Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of Pikcn Toolkit software product (the "Software"), provided by Pikcn Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
  • Grant of License
    • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your own internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
    • The Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein, is owned by us or our licensors.
  • Restrictions
    You may not
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
    • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
    • Rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party.
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
    • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Use the Software to provide services to others or for resale or any form of financial gain.
  • Data Collection and Usage
    • The Software may collect certain non-personal data for usage, performance, and improvement purposes. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
    • Your use of the Software may involve the collection and processing of data. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  • Termination
    • This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling and ceasing to use the Software.
    • We may terminate this EULA immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.
    • Our total liability to you for any claim under this EULA shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Export Controls
    You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not export, re-export, or transfer the Software, or any direct product thereof, to any country or person prohibited by such laws.
  • Updates
    We may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. Your continued use of the Software may require you to install such updates, upgrades, or new versions.
  • Third-Party Software
    The Software may include or interact with third-party software. Your use of such third-party software is subject to the terms and conditions of those parties. We are not responsible for the availability or content of any third-party software.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Governing Law
    This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
