  • Refunds
    • Free Trials: Free trials are promotional offers provided as a courtesy and not eligible for refunds.
    • Paid Subscriptions: Once you purchase a subscription, refunds are not available except in cases of billing errors. We recommend thoroughly evaluating Pikcn Toolkit during the trial period to make an informed decision.
      • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. However, there will be no prorated refunds for the remaining portion of the annual term. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
      • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. There will be no prorated refunds for the current billing period. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
    • Exceptions: We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:
      • Billing Errors:If you encounter any billing errors (e.g., double charges), please contact our support team within 3 working days. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit if applicable.
      • Major Service Outages: For annual subscriptions, Pikcn Technologies may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund in exceptional circumstances such as technical difficulties preventing the use of core services for an extended period.
  • Cancellations

      • Upon cancellation, your access to Pikcn Toolkit will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • No Prorated Refunds:
      • There will be no prorated refunds for the current billing period.
      • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Usage Guidelines
    Subscribers must comply with the terms of use specified for each Pikcn Toolkit product. Violation of terms may result in termination of the subscription without refunds.
  • Refund Processing
    If a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund and credit the amount to your original payment method.
