    Pikcn Toolkit is a suite of software and services developed by Pikcn Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing or using any part of the Pikcn Toolkit, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before using our products.

    • Pikcn Toolkit: Refers collectively to the software applications and services provided by Pikcn Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.

    • Service: Refers to any specific software application or service within Pikcn Toolkit, including but not limited to Log Magnet, Quick Route and Defendroid

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
    • We offer different service plans, including a free trial, premium trials, and paid subscription plans. The specific terms and conditions for plans are outlined in Section 8.
  • User Conduct
    • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • You are solely responsible for your conduct and content while using the Services.
    • You agree not to:
      • Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

      • Use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems or networks.

    • You may not resell, distribute, or license the Pikcn Toolkit, or any part thereof, without Pikcn's express written consent.
    • The Pikcn Toolkit is solely for your internal use and may not be used for commercial purposes or to generate revenue, unless explicitly authorized by Pikcn in writing.
  • Service Plans and Payment
    • Purchase plans for Pikcn Toolkit services may be available on an annual or monthly subscription basis.
    • We offer various service plans, including free trials, premium trials, paid subscriptions. Specific terms and conditions for each plan are outlined within the respective product or service terms.
    • Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing and billing terms at any time, with reasonable notice.
  • Refunds and Cancellations
    • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the free trial or for any unused portion of a paid subscription. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances like billing errors, subject to our sole discretion.
    • Cancellations: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. However, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • Refund Processing: Once refund is approved, it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund and credit the amount to your original payment method.
  • Termination
    • We may terminate your access to any Service for any reason, without notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
    • Upon termination, your right to use the terminated Service will cease immediately.
    • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you fail to pay any fees due.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
    • Our total liability to you for any claim under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.

    We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of Pikcn Toolkit without prior notice.

    The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
  • Force Majeure
    Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
